We all have a desire to give in some form or fashion. We want to evoke change, make a difference, and leave an impact on the earth but sometimes we are not sure how to do that. To give on a larger scale has always been my desire but the how seemed to remain unclear. I spent a few years finding ways to give in my own way but it still didn’t feel like enough. Sadly, sometimes, it takes painful losses to provide clarity and the inspiration you need to move forward. So I’ve taken a long time desire to give and combined it with the loss of a woman that I love very dearly, Karen Ross. This combination birthed KROSS Foundation. Ms. Karen gave in ways that cannot be measured because she did it from her heart. She fed the less fortunate, offered hard but loving advice, and even in her guarded moments, she still loved tremendously. During her battle with lung cancer, Ms. Karen was an inspiration to us and she radiated strength through it all. To us, she embodies our sunshine and a sweet, free butterfly. Her determination to keep fighting is the same determination we use to create change. While we continue raising awareness to find a cure for cancer, we’ll keep finding ways to help all we come in contact with.

My name is Jasmine and I am the President of KROSS Foundation. I always feel the need to help people whether in need or not. Somebody can always use a helping hand. Being a part of this foundation is important because that is exactly what we are doing. I would just love to see what we can do for people starting locally and eventually making our organization bigger and helping more people around the world.

My name is Jaydah and I am the Vice President of KROSS Foundation. I am 19 years old and a sophomore in college. Being a part of KROSS is so fulfilling and I hope one day the world knows about our foundation and believes in our mission. It's important for everyone to have the chance at the life they wanted because when hardship hits, it hits hard. I want KROSS to be the foundation to look at in those hard times. I am excited to see all the things we accomplish!

Secretary & Treasurer
My name is Simone, I am the 2nd oldest out of the 6 of us, and I hold the position of Secretary & Treasurer. I've always loved helping people of various ages, backgrounds, and statuses, no matter the tasks. Because of that, being apart of KROSS Foundation is something I could not turn away from. There are so many things in this world that could be and need to be changed; but no one can make the changes by themselves. I would absolutely love to see KROSS Foundation change the lives of the people in our community who have fallen short in life and just need a little push to claim their life back.
